Home delivery (Free Shipping at Street Level)

- Your order will be delivered at street level. It won't be carried up or delivered inside your house or building.

- Delivery from Monday to Friday.

- If the product is a standard model and we have it in stock, delivery will be made within 5 to 12 days. The expected waiting time for delivery depends on the country.

- If the order has a custom product, delivery will take 7 to 9 weeks.

- Assembly service is not included. If you wish to have it, you can add it at the checkout page.

- The transport agency will contact you by phone before the delivery to arrange a date and time.

Note: Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect pieces, please, clearly note any exceptions on the POD, carrier's delivery note, and retain the item(s) with its original packaging. Claims must be made within 48 hours of your delivery and must include pictures of both packaging and contents.
