Delivery at main entrance

- Your order will be delivered at street level. It won't be carried up or delivered inside your house or building.

- Delivery from Monday to Friday.

- If the product is a quickship product and we have it in stock, delivery will be made within 9 to 15 days. The expected waiting time for delivery depends on the state.

- If the order has a custom product, delivery will take 6-8 weeks. 

- Assembly service is not included. 

- The transport agency will contact you by phone before the delivery to arrange a date and time.

Free Shipping on all orders in the United States (Excluded Hawaiian Islands and Alaska).

Indoor delivery with assembly service

- Delivery inside your home, in the place of your choice. It has an extra costs of $350.

- You can add this service at the checkout page.

- Its cost varies depending on the number of products that require assembly.

- Delivery is by appointment, the transport agency will contact you by phone before delivery to arrange a date and time.

- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. 

- If the product is a standard model and we have it in stock, delivery will be made in a period between 6 to 15 days.

- If the product is personalized or made to order, delivery will be made within 7-9 weeks.

Note: Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect pieces, please, clearly note any exceptions on the POD, carrier's delivery note,  and retain the item(s) with its original packaging. Claims must be made within 48 hours of your delivery and must include pictures of both packaging and contents.
